Responsible for performing nuclear medicine imaging and radioactive therapy procedures to support diagnosis and treatment.
Key Duties
- Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment and related instrumentation.
- Follow established protocols for isotope preparation/dosage and accurate imaging/therapy delivery.
- Ensure radiation safety and compliance with applicable safety procedures.
- Provide safe, respectful patient care for individuals across age groups.
- Support clinical workflow by assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic imaging needs.
Qualifications
- Associate degree.
- Required nuclear medicine technologist credentials.
- Demonstrated ability to follow radiation safety and isotope dosage protocols.
- Strong patient care and professionalism skills.
