Key responsibilities include:
Managing a patient panel with an emphasis on quality care, typically seeing 14-16 patients daily Collaborating with physicians, specialists, and a comprehensive clinical support team Utilizing clinical resources, data, and support to improve patient outcomes Participating in practice initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare quality and efficiency Qualifications and skills: Certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA Current licensure and DEA license in Texas or ability to obtain Comfort working with Medicare-aged populations Preferred: clinical experience, bilingual in English/Spanish, and understanding of managed care Compensation & Benefits: Base salary plus annual quality bonus (target $15,000) Comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME days, retirement plans, stock purchase, and more Work in a supportive environment promoting professional growth and community health impact
