This 100% outpatient role offers a highly efficient, team-based environment with no procedures required (clinic-based procedures optional), no call or weekends, and a typical schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (M–F). A 4-day work week option is available, along with flexible start dates, midlevel support, and dedicated staff assistance.
The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Psychiatry, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Emergency Medicine. We value teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.

Compensation is $300,000 per year, with benefits such as 401(k) matching, health insurance, and retirement plans. Applicants must hold an unrestricted California Medical License (MD or DO).
