Join Our Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) Team

We are seeking a dedicated Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide overnight clinical leadership in senior care.
In this role, you will monitor resident health, respond to condition changes, and document incidents. You will supervise care teams, oversee medication administration, and ensure documentation compliance with regulatory standards.
The position requires evaluating resident needs, transcribing physician orders, and serving as a liaison with healthcare providers and families.

Qualifications include:

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a clinical setting
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills

This role combines clinical judgment with shift leadership, ensuring resident safety and team coordination during overnight hours.
