Role: New Graduate Registered Nurse (eligible for TN Visa sponsorship) to join patient-centered care teams in an acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct bedside nursing care and support individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient condition, reporting changes to providers.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients and families on care, treatment plans, and safety.
- Maintain safety, quality, and infection-prevention standards in a fast-paced setting.
- Participate in clinical training, preceptorship, and professional development.
Qualifications/Skills: Current RN licensure as a new graduate, strong patient assessment and medication administration skills, effective communication for education and team collaboration, accurate EMR documentation, and a commitment to safety and infection control.
