Role Overview
This position is suitable for all student nurses, regardless of graduation date, providing a pathway to licensure and clinical experience. The Graduate Nurse will deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. They must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, home care, and medication administration.
- Apply critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively, promoting patient-centered care.
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, as well as ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
