Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management and post-treatment needs, ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance, develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and barriers.
Qualifications: RN license required; BSN/MSN preferred. No prior experience necessary, though less than two years of experience is preferred. Experience in spine and/or cranial care is advantageous.
