Neurologist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a Board-Certified or eligible Neurologist to join a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive neurological care in Los Angeles.

Perform neurocognitive assessments, concussion evaluations, and manage neurological disorders related to trauma and work injuries.

Collaborate with psychology, PM&R, pain management, and rehabilitation teams to develop coordinated treatment plans.

Document findings in line with Workers’ Compensation guidelines and monitor patient progress to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates have outpatient and neurocognitive experience, strong communication skills, and hold an active California medical license. Workers’ Compensation experience is a plus.

Salary ranges from $200,000 to $400,000 annually.
