Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Neuro Trauma ICU
Provide clinical leadership at the bedside in a high-acuity Neuro Trauma ICU. Coordinate and oversee patient care to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes while supporting evidence-based practice.
Key Duties
- Coordinate daily clinical operations within the unit to support continuity of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver patient care
- Mentor and support nursing staff to strengthen clinical performance
- Promote evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure safe care delivery in a neuro trauma environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nurse with experience in critical care/ICU settings
- Strong clinical leadership and bedside coordination skills
- Ability to mentor, coach, and support nursing staff
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient safety
- Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary partners
