Key responsibilities include overseeing staff, participating in on-call rotations, managing departmental reporting, staffing, and compliance, and supporting service recovery and operational issues.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s, RN license, 2-5 years of experience, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience.
