Neuro Step Down Nurse (Full-Time)

Role Overview

This is a full-time nursing position focused on providing direct patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards; promoting patient and family-centered care; educating patients on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs; participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities; developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients; and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Qualifications & Skills include an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree. Preferred qualifications encompass a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. The role requires critical nursing skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work alertly in a safety-sensitive environment.
