Provide advanced, high-acuity care for newborns in a Level IV NICU, including assessment, stabilization, and treatment of neonates requiring intensive care.
Key duties:
- Assess neonates and develop/implement care plans for intensive needs
- Perform delivery-room interventions and required procedures
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and the multidisciplinary NICU team
- Continuously monitor clinical status and respond to changes in condition
- Provide supportive, family-centered care and guidance to parents/caregivers
Qualifications & skills:
- Advanced neonatal critical care expertise and strong clinical judgment
- Competence in acute stabilization and NICU procedures
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills
- Compassionate approach with ability to support families during high-stress situations
