Role Overview: The National Account Onsite Service Account Manager is responsible for delivering high-touch, end-to-end service support to strategic National Account clients, serving as the primary on-site or hybrid contact for complex benefit and service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships by engaging proactively with HR and benefit teams, supporting meetings, and providing guidance on benefits and claims.
- Own issue resolution by partnering with internal teams to address escalations, track service issues, and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on service performance, ensuring transparency and client trust.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align service delivery with client goals, support onboarding, and implement service enhancements.
- Maintain operational excellence through client education, process standardization, and onsite support across multiple locations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in healthcare, insurance, or service delivery roles, with 3+ years in client-facing positions.
- Experience managing complex escalations, supporting large employer groups, and working in matrixed teams.
- Knowledge of claims, eligibility, enrollment, and service operations; ability to travel domestically.
- Preferred certifications in customer experience or healthcare compliance, familiarity with internal tools, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
