This role involves providing intensive, home- and community-based therapy to adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement, addressing environmental factors impacting their behavior. The position offers extensive training in evidence-based therapies, supervision, and collaboration with families, schools, and other agencies.
Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields, with licensure or progress toward licensure. Experience with family work and comfort working in challenging environments are essential.
