We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to provide multi-systemic therapy services to juvenile offenders with severe mental illness, violent behavior, or substance use issues at risk of out-of-home placement.
Responsibilities include preparing assessments, treatment plans, court reports, and conducting crisis interventions. The role involves providing transportation and being available outside standard hours by phone.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline
- Licensed (LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, or LPC) by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation
- Must meet Child Mental Health Professional requirements and become fully licensed within 30 months
- 1-2 years’ experience with children/adolescents with serious mental health or antisocial behaviors
- Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational skills, and reliable transportation
