Responsibilities:
- Deliver multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental health issues, violence, or substance abuse risks
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and prepare court reports
- Provide crisis intervention, brief assessments, and transportation as appropriate
- Be available outside standard hours by phone
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Licensed or license-eligible (LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, LPC) with full licensure within 30 months
- 1-2 years’ experience working with children/adolescents with mental health challenges
- Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational, and independent work skills
- Reliable transportation and safe driving permit
