Multi Systemic Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental health, violent behavior, or substance abuse issues who are at risk of out-of-home placement
  • Prepare assessments, treatment plans, and court reports
  • Conduct brief assessments, crisis interventions, and pre-screens
  • Transport clients as needed and be available outside standard hours by phone

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
  • Licensed or eligible for licensing (LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, LPC)
  • Must meet Child Mental Health Professional requirements and become fully licensed within 30 months
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children/adolescents with serious mental illness or antisocial behaviors
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational, and independent work skills
  • Reliable transportation and safe driving permit required
