Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental health, violent behavior, or substance abuse issues who are at risk of out-of-home placement
- Prepare assessments, treatment plans, and court reports
- Conduct brief assessments, crisis interventions, and pre-screens
- Transport clients as needed and be available outside standard hours by phone
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Licensed or eligible for licensing (LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, LPC)
- Must meet Child Mental Health Professional requirements and become fully licensed within 30 months
- 1-2 years of experience working with children/adolescents with serious mental illness or antisocial behaviors
- Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational, and independent work skills
- Reliable transportation and safe driving permit required
