We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to provide multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental illness, behavioral issues, or substance abuse challenges at multiple sites across Berrien County.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, court reporting, crisis intervention, and providing transportation as needed. Availability by phone outside standard hours is required. Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline and licensure as LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, or LPC per Michigan regulations. Must become fully licensed within 30 months of hire and have 1-2 years of experience working with children/adolescents with serious mental health issues. Strong computer, interpersonal skills, organization, and reliable transportation are essential.
