MST Practitioner

As a MST Practitioner, you will implement evidence-based, intensive in-home services to help at-risk youth (ages 12-17) address issues like destructive behaviors, substance abuse, and gang involvement. This role involves traveling within Dodge City, KS, managing a caseload of 5-6 families, with an average of three client sessions per week, and participating in on-call duties.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, engaging families and support networks, applying MST principles to promote positive behavior change, and collaborating with team members. Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience or a Master’s degree plus 1 year, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75%.
