Manage a caseload of 5-6 families with approximately three sessions weekly. Utilize MST principles to assess, engage, and support families, focusing on strengths and behavioral change. Travel extensively, with mileage reimbursement, and participate in on-call duties. Receive ongoing training, supervision, and professional development in a collaborative environment.
