Role Overview: This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging studies.
- Perform studies independently, including on-call, portable exams, and other site-specific tasks.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MRI.
- Preferred experience in advanced imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, or Interventional Radiology, with at least 2 years of experience being ideal.
- Licenses and certifications including IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES, and CPR.
Key Skills: Knowledge of radiologic procedures, ability to operate imaging equipment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
