Role Overview:
This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in advanced modalities such as MRI, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnostic and treatment purposes. The role requires preparing patients and equipment, and independently conducting studies across various settings, including on-call and portable exams.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
- Perform studies independently and in different situations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
- Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI).
Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR, intravenous therapy certification.
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of advanced imaging modalities like MRI, CT, and radiology.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various clinical situations.
