Role Overview:
Seeking an MRI Technologist for a PRN position in the MRI Department, responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures independently across various shift lengths. The role requires maintaining MRI Registry certification upon hire and ensuring quality control in imaging. Key duties include preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies in diverse settings such as on-call and portable exams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Trade School education
- Certification in MRI Registry and applicable licenses (e.g., RTR, CT, MR, etc.)
- Preferred experience of 2+ years in diagnostic imaging
- Additional certifications like CPR and Intravenous Therapy are advantageous
Key Attributes: Ability to perform imaging procedures accurately, work independently, and adapt to varied shift coverage without call or holiday requirements.
