MRI Technologist – Part-Time

Role: Operate MRI equipment independently to produce high-quality images, ensuring patient safety and care across all ages. Screen patients and staff for magnet safety, communicate effectively, and prepare patients and rooms for procedures. Administer contrast within scope and implement emergency protocols when needed. Perform quality control and maintain departmental standards. Provide clinical instruction to staff and students, coordinate workflow, and stay updated on organizational changes.


Qualifications: Certified in Radiology & MRI (ARRT or ARMRIT), BLS certification, graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program, with no experience required. Knowledge of computer systems, data entry, and math skills are essential.


Additional info: This non-management position reports to a supervisor, with variable work shifts. Responsibilities include compliance with safety protocols, documentation, and departmental duties to support healthcare transformation.
