Position Overview:
– Full-time Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience
– Responsible for consulting, diagnosing, maintaining records, and formulating treatment plans
– Prescribes medications and ensures proper patient communication
– Works independently with scheduled hours, traveling in a personal vehicle (reimbursed mileage)
– No weekend shifts; benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and potential pay increase with certification
Requirements:
– Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP, or ACNP)
– Master’s Degree from an accredited program
– At least 1 year of wound care and NP experience
– Certifications like WCC, CWON, or CWS are highly recommended
– Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
