Requirements include a Master’s Degree in a Human Service field; licensure eligibility (LSW, LCSW, LPC, NCC, BCBA, LBS) is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills, with experience in modalities like CBT, Play Therapy, or ABA preferred.
