Seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist/Mental Health Counselor with clinical expertise and faith-based values to support clients facing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.
Positions available are part-time or full-time with flexible productivity expectations.

Requirements: Master’s level Social Worker (LSW) or Counselor (LPC); independent licensure (LISW or LPCC) preferred; supervisory designation welcomed.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to faith-based statement of faith and code of conduct, demonstrating Christ-like attitude and core values of Relentless Commitment, Selflessness, and Kindness.
- Provide individual and family mental health counseling using evidence-based interventions aligned with treatment plans.
- Complete mental health assessments, accurate diagnoses, and collaborative treatment plans.
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation, including daily progress notes for billing.
- Engage in peer review, supervision, and quality improvement activities.
