This position requires a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or LPC-IT (WI) to provide counseling services to clinic patients.
Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, building strong patient relationships, creating a safe environment, and consulting with the mental health team, including responding to emergencies.
Must have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and use a company email for secure communication.
