We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or LPC-IT (WI) to provide professional counseling services to clinic patients.
Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, building strong patient relationships, creating a safe environment for expression, consulting with team members, and responding to emergency situations when needed.
Requirements include a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and the use of a company email with multi-factor authentication for cybersecurity.
