Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC)-Full Time

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or LPC-IT (WI) to provide counseling services at our clinic.

Develop individualized treatment plans and build strong relationships with patients

Create a safe and supportive environment for patients to share feelings and concerns

Collaborate with mental health team members and respond to emergency situations as needed

Must have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and use company email with MFA for cybersecurity
