Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or LPC-IT in Wisconsin to provide professional counseling services to clinic patients.
Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, building strong patient relationships, creating a safe environment for expression, and consulting with mental health team members, including responding to emergencies.
Must have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and be able to use a company email with multi-factor authentication for cybersecurity.
