Hired Counselors will receive competitive hourly or salary pay, with benefits including 401(k) matching up to 3%, a bonus program, health/dental/vision/AFLAC insurances after 60 days, paid vacation and holidays, CEU reimbursement, and negotiable 1099 rates.
