Mental Health Therapist – LCSW

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, NM.

Provide individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents.

Conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.

Offer crisis intervention and supervise LMSW therapists.

Participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in related field, NM license eligibility, 3+ years experience, and preferred certifications in DBT, ERP, or EMDR.

Compensation & Benefits: $75,000-$85,000/year plus bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K with matching, flexible schedule, paid time off, professional growth opportunities, and relocation assistance.
