Mental Health Therapist – LCSW

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, NM.

Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents.

Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

Maintain accurate client records and perform crisis interventions.

Supervise LMSW therapists and participate in ongoing professional development.

Work in a collaborative, in-office environment with a mix of in-person and telemedicine follow-ups.

Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in related field, license eligible in NM, minimum 3 years experience, and strong knowledge of mental health disorders. Certification in DBT, ERP, or EMDR is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: $75,000-$80,000 base salary plus bonus, with full benefits including health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and professional growth opportunities.
