Responsibilities: Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, manage clinical risks, and respond to crises. Support clients through in-person or virtual sessions, utilizing clinical best practices and measurement-based care. Engage with the provider platform for seamless scheduling, billing, and client matching, while participating in clinical consultations and ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical field (e.g., MSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD)
- Unrestricted license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) to practice independently
- Experience with evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT
- Ability to work with children, adults, couples, and families, preferably in person
- Experience managing clinical risks and crises
- Resident of the United States
