Mental Health Therapist

We seek a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based modalities like CBT and psychodynamic therapy.

Manage crises, facilitate intake, and coordinate community resources for diverse populations, including children, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities.

Deliver remote therapy via telehealth, ensuring documentation compliance with HIPAA, ICD-10, and CPT coding standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage in clinical research to improve care.

Qualifications include relevant licensure (LISW, MFT, LMHP, LMSW), experience in clinical mental health, crisis management, and familiarity with coding systems.

This full-time or part-time role offers up to $95,000/year, with benefits like flexible scheduling, health savings accounts, and paid time off, based in a hybrid remote setting in Denison, IA.
