We seek a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management across outpatient and inpatient settings.
Conduct assessments using ICD-9/10, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate intake procedures. Deliver individual and family counseling with modalities like CBT and psychodynamic therapy. Manage crises to ensure client safety, coordinate community resources, and work with multidisciplinary teams. Utilize telehealth services, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and participate in clinical research. Work with diverse populations, including children, adults, and individuals with disabilities, with experience in crisis management and billing codes. Require licensure as LISW, MFT, or equivalent; prior telehealth and behavioral health experience preferred. This full-time or part-time role offers up to $95,000/year, flexible scheduling, health savings, and paid time off, based in a hybrid remote setting in Denison, IA.
