We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide comprehensive services including psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management to diverse populations in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9/10 and CPT coding. Offer individual and family counseling utilizing modalities like CBT and psychodynamic therapy. Manage crises and develop personalized treatment plans ensuring HIPAA compliance. Coordinate case management and connect clients with community resources. Deliver specialized counseling for issues such as PTSD, addiction, gender, chronic pain, and developmental disabilities. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain accurate documentation and engage in clinical research to improve treatment approaches. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Proven experience in clinical mental health, familiarity with coding systems, crisis management skills, and relevant licensure (LISW, MFT, LMHP, LMSW).
