Role Overview:
Join a dedicated mental health team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, providing culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
Contribute to client stability by developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
Participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization, upholding professional standards.
Qualifications: Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, with an active or eligible license in Pennsylvania.
Possess strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills, and a passion for ongoing professional growth.
