Mental Health Therapist

Join us as a Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and wellness plans to support clients’ mental health journeys.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments for diverse clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Providing personalized therapeutic interventions based on client needs.
  • Developing safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
  • Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
  • Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
  • Provisional license if required by state regulation.
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
  • Ongoing professional development, supervision, and continuing education.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, time management, and ethical practice skills.
