Responsibilities include:
- Conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to support clients’ resilience and healing.
- Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote stable functioning.
- Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and support staff.
Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
- Provisional license as required by state regulations.
