Mental Health Therapist

Join us as a Mental Health Therapist within a supportive behavioral health environment dedicated to improving access to care.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families.
  • Providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to support clients’ resilience and healing.
  • Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote stable functioning.
  • Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
  • Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and support staff.


Qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
  • Provisional license as required by state regulations.
  • Passion for mental health and dedication to providing high-quality, ethical care.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and time management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and confidentiality.
