Mental Health Professional

Seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.

  • Administers screening, assesses suitability for treatment and education programs, and develops treatment and after-care plans.
  • Delivers group and individual counseling, monitors program standards, and ensures quality assurance through audits and documentation.
  • Collaborates with staff to develop evaluation tools, prepare reports, and facilitate smooth after-care transitions.
  • Provides staff training, maintains records, and ensures compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
  • Requires a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling, five years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC).
  • Preferred experience includes working with offenders, correctional environments, and therapeutic models like cognitive behavioral therapy or MRT.
