Seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.
Administers screening, assesses suitability for treatment and education programs, and develops treatment and after-care plans.
Delivers group and individual counseling, monitors program standards, and ensures quality assurance through audits and documentation.
Collaborates with staff to develop evaluation tools, prepare reports, and facilitate smooth after-care transitions.
Provides staff training, maintains records, and ensures compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
Requires a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling, five years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC).
Preferred experience includes working with offenders, correctional environments, and therapeutic models like cognitive behavioral therapy or MRT.
