Reminiscence Supervisor

The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands-on leadership in a memory care environment, overseeing daily operations and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
They supervise and support the reminiscence team, assist with staffing, scheduling, and documentation, and monitor resident conditions to escalate concerns appropriately.
The role involves supporting family meetings, education sessions, and dementia-specific programming, while promoting resident-centered care and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring quality standards, and partnering with leadership on training initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in assisted living, long-term, or dementia care
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
