Reminiscence Supervisor

The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands-on leadership within the memory care neighborhood, overseeing daily operations and ensuring resident-centered, dementia-specific care.
Key responsibilities include supervising and supporting the reminiscence team, assisting with staffing, scheduling, and documentation, and delivering direct resident care.
They monitor resident condition changes, support family meetings and education sessions, and promote best practices in dementia care and safety compliance.
Partnering with leadership, they assist with training, coaching, and performance support to maintain high-quality care standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or dementia care
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
