Reminiscence Supervisor

The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands-on leadership in a memory care setting, supporting daily operations and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
They supervise the reminiscence team, champion dementia programming, and promote family engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting the team in daily care and operations
• Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and documentation
• Providing direct resident care and supporting Life Skills programming
• Monitoring resident conditions and escalating concerns
• Supporting family meetings, education, and support groups
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Partnering with leadership on training and performance support

Qualifications and skills:

• Experience in assisted living, long-term, or dementia care
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
