We are looking for a compassionate Memory Care CNA to support residents living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias within our Healthcare & Medical Services department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living
- Ensuring resident safety and comfort
- Engaging residents in meaningful routines to promote dignity and connection
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
- Following individualized care plans
- Collaborating with nurses and care teams
- Upholding infection control and documentation standards
Qualifications and skills:
- Compassionate and resident-focused demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of dementia care best practices
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
