Role Overview

As a Medication Aide/Med Tech, you are responsible for administering medications and treatments accurately and safely to residents, ensuring dignity and compliance with regulations.

Your key duties include following physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration, documenting in MAR/TAR in real-time, observing residents during and after medication passes, monitoring symptoms, and reporting concerns promptly.

You will maintain organized medication carts and rooms, complete narcotic counts as per policy, and follow infection control and safety standards to prevent errors and protect resident health.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care
