Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests accurately on diverse specimens.
- Supervise and oversee laboratory staff and testing procedures.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle physical activities including frequent movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting with patient care.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
- Report and document laboratory findings appropriately.
