Role Overview: Conducts quality diagnostic laboratory testing on various specimens to support accurate medical analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling, processing, and documentation of specimens.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science or related field preferred.
- Certification eligibility or certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT) in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science is required or preferred.
- Experience in blood banking, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, or urinalysis in accredited labs is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of laboratory procedures.

Experience:
