Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Focuses on promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, considering physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and barriers to involvement. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license.
- No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
